In fact, I wanted to have a look on the area where the allotment is done, but when I eqnuire with some guys, they informed me that Sector-20 is still being developed, unlike Sector-18 has all the detailed sketches including Blocks and Plot Nos. ready with the authority, which is displayed outside the authority's office. I hope from the investment point of view it is a good opportunity to exploit as many diversified projects like Night Safari, Formula-1 Racing Track, Asia’s Biggest University (Gautam Budha University), International Airport, Jaypee Sports City, I.T. Sector etc. under development in this area. It is also very close Proximity to Eastern Peripheral Expressway, besides there are many Residential Townships like JAYPEE are coming up making the site very attractive for the investors.

Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Residential Scheme of Plot 2009 (I) Noida.
I have been allotted 300 Sq.M. Plot by the Yamuna Expressway Development Authority, Noida/Greater Noida, under the Residential Scheme of Plot 2009 (I), at Sector-20. I have already remitted the allotment money on 18 January 2010 before the due date mentioned on the allotment letter which is 21 January 2010, though recently they have extended this period to 31 January 2010 with 14% interest, for those who are unable to remit the payment on 21 January 2010.
